Whole- Food Plant Based ... 4 Weeks and Counting

    Just one of  many varieties of tasty meatless meals..   The middle of November I posted my new Blog about how Linda and I planned to switch to a whole-food plant based diet. We have been pretty much there for the past 4 weeks.       Many of the expected body changes have already taken place. The first 14 days resulted in a lot of trips to the washroom. I had no idea what cutting out meat and adding more vegetables could do to your system. By the 3rd week things settled down but lets just say things are  working far better then before the switch.     Another positive effect of being a vegan is the improvement in sleeping. Now one tends to wonder if all the health benefits are real or psychological.
